Summit Agro International Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation. Sumitomo Corporation is an integrated trading company with seven business units, and the Life Science Division, which belongs to the Mineral Resources, Energy, Chemical & Electronics Business Unit, one of those business units, is the direct parent organization of Summit Agro International Ltd.

Sumitomo Corporation has also invested in companies for each of its Agriscience business line, Environmental health products business line, and Hartz business line. Summit Agro International makes full use of this network of sister companies to accelerate its global growth.
